We are pleased to offer all of our PCA Midwest and Plumbing Council Midwest affiliated plumbing contractors (and their employees) a special half-day seminar (at no cost) focused entirely on increasing efficiency and profits in the residential plumbing service arena. With the expert advice from PCA Midwest President David Ariano (Ravinia Plumbing & Heating) and PCA Midwest Associate Member Roger Daviston (The Daviston Group), our affiliated union signatory contractors will gain new tools and “know-how” to not only boost their own sales figures, but also help recapture lost market share from their non-union plumbing service competition.
PCA Midwest President David Ariano will start off the morning with an introductory session on “Running a Successful Service Business.” He will focus on the many advantages of operating a plumbing service shop; discuss how to properly train office staff and field technicians with effective communications skills; review inventory costs; cover service dispatch software systems; analyze fleet and maintenance issues; examine alternative options to price your service costs; and spend quality time debating the pros and cons of marketing and advertising campaigns. In the later part of the morning session, Ariano will return to highlight the new Plumbers Local 130 UA & PCA Midwest Residential Plumbing Service Agreement, in which he was instrumental in both developing and successfully negotiating on behalf of our affiliated plumbing contractors.
PCA Midwest Associate Member Roger Daviston will follow up on Ariano’s presentation by drawing from his very popular Plumbing and HVAC webinar entitled “The Service Call Blueprint.” This session will be aimed at boosting service technicians’ confidence and increasing plumbing contractors’ overall revenue. Daviston, a cognitive behavior specialist, helps contractors grow their business by thinking differently and by building high performing teams that work together in unity of purpose. Through challenging and coaching contractors operating primarily in the plumbing and HVAC service industries, Daviston attains measurable results that yield impressive profitability numbers over a short period of time. Please note: all attendees will receive a free copy of Daviston’s newly published book “The Service Call Blueprint: Field Tested Strategies for Higher Revenue,” which spells out a step by step process for executing a service call that, if followed, will result in massive increases in revenue per ticket.
If you run any type of plumbing service department within your business, you won’t want to miss out on this special PCA Midwest sponsored seminar. Whether you’re “new” to service or will benefit from a refresher, join us as we focus on success in service...
